TABS – Thermally active building system
A thermally active building system uses the structural part of the building to ensure the most suitable indoor climate. Heating and cooling through floors and ceilings. TABS provides an ideal indoor climate that increases staff productivity and healthy well–being.
Due to no need for decentralized heating and cooling elements, it is possible to freely redesign the premises, which gives a significant advantage to the interior design. The use of the TABS solution allows the use of significantly smaller blower convectors, which helps to solve noise and space problems.
Residual heat/energy pumping
The central source of heating and cooling energy avoids double production of energy. The efficiency of the system is up to ten times for simultaneous heating and cooling. For example, the excess heat in the rooms is used to heat the spa and the hotel.
Energy Extracting from the environment
