TABS – Thermally active building system
A thermally active building system uses the structural part of the building to ensure the most suitable indoor climate. Heating and cooling through floors and ceilings. TABS provides an ideal indoor climate that increases staff productivity and healthy well-being.
Due to no need for decentralized heating and cooling elements, it is possible to freely redesign the premises, which gives a significant advantage to the interior design.
The largest project with energy boreholes in Estonia. In addition to 450kW ground heat source pumps, there are also 6500 m of boreholes installed.
In addition to district heating and heating distribution in the kindergarten swimming pool building, we have installed a 88 kW greywater heat exchanger and heat pump system to remove heat from the sewage water to use it later for hot domestic water and heating energy production.

Residual heat/energy pumping
The central source of heating and cooling energy avoids double production of energy. The efficiency of the system is up to ten times for simultaneous heating and cooling. For example, the excess heat in the rooms is used to heat the spa and the hotel.

Energy Extracting from the environment
Innovative heat pump technologies offer the opportunity to take the building’s heating and cooling energy from the air, the ground, or even the surrounding water.

Advanced ventilation
By connecting ventilation systems to a central energy source, we can efficiently collect and reuse waste energy. We also offer alternative solutions for supplying ventilation with heating and cooling energy, for example, adiabatic cooling.
