- The building’s heat and cooling energy is taken from the foundation piles
- Distributing energy using heat pumps through floors and ceilings
- Smart technology system having a live overview of building’s energy and consumption costs
- The full system reduces peak loads on the electrical grid
- Dry coolers excluded, no noise to the surroundings
- Waste heat from the cooling system used to produce pool heating and hot domestic water preheating
- 1/3 of expenses saved during the summer period for domestic heating water
- District heating supply “cut-off” during the summer
The Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel is a unique building in Europe because it uses a system that takes all of the building’s heat and cooling energy from the foundation piles (foundation energy piles).
We distribute energy using heat pumps through floors and ceilings.
This is a revolutionary, energy- and cost-efficient system because we take all the necessary H/C energy from the ground and distribute it using the most effective way at the same time ensuring the most comfortable indoor climate. We created a smart technological system for the hotel to have a constant overview of buildings’ energy and consumption costs.
This full system reduces peak loads on the grid.
